Expressive Arts Counseling
60-minute sessions: $100*
This includes a 50-minute client session and 10-minute documentation. A minimal amount of email and text exchanges are also included. Additional fees may be charged if the correspondence outside of sessions becomes greater than 10 minutes total per week.
Music Therapy / Sound Therapy
30-minute sessions: $60**
60-minute sessions: $120**
Music Therapy and other Expressive Arts Therapies are often integrated into mental health counseling sessions. There is also the option of having Music Therapy-only sessions.
Sound Therapy sessions are often focused on Sound engagement with some psychotherapy.
*I am currently not taking insurance. Sliding scale is available for qualifying clients. There is also a 10% discount for those who pay for a month in advance.
